人體脈搏跳動探究儀。
提出問題:
人體脈搏和心臟跳動是同步的嗎?
猜想與假設(shè):
人體脈搏和心臟跳動可能是有關(guān)系的。
實驗過程及設(shè)計:(由學(xué)生自主設(shè)計或教師引導(dǎo))
人體脈搏是和心臟跳動同步的。由于人體是一個封閉的“暗箱”,因此在教學(xué)過程中,無法使學(xué)生形象直觀地觀察到脈搏和心臟跳動為什么是同步的。本演示板從正面演示了擠壓心臟的同時,脈搏也同時有了反應(yīng)。由于儀器背面是用管道把心臟和脈搏連通,表現(xiàn)了由于有血管連通,所以,心臟跳動必然導(dǎo)致脈搏的同步運動。
實驗現(xiàn)象:可以看到心臟和脈搏同時動。
探究問題:
1、人體心臟、脈搏的位置在哪里?
2、心臟跳動的同時,脈搏有什么反應(yīng)?
3、心臟的跳動和脈搏有什么關(guān)系?為什么?
實驗結(jié)論與體會:

課外活動:
1、運動后心跳明顯加快,此時用右手手指測量左手臂上的脈搏,有什么變化?
2、人體內(nèi)除了手腕部位有脈搏,其他部位還有嗎?在哪里?
注意事項:
操作時,擠壓模擬心臟的速度不應(yīng)過快、過猛,一般應(yīng)和人體實際跳動頻率相仿。

Conjecture and assumptions:
It is probably related for the pulse rates and the heart beating.
Experimental process: (designed by the students independent or guided by the teachers)
It is synchronous for the pulse rates and the heart beating. The human body is a “black box”, so the students can not observe why the pulse rates and the heart beating are synchronous directly. The detector demonstrates the heart squeezing, and get the feedback on the pulse. At the back of the detector there is a pipeline connecting the heart to the pulse, so because of the vascular connectivity the heart beating results in the synchronized movement of the pulse consequentially.
Experimental phenomena:
We can see the heart and the pulse are motional synchronously.
Researching issues:
1.Where are the heart and the pulse in the human body?
2.What is the response for the pulse when the heart beats?
3.What is the relationship between the heart beating and the pulse? Why?
Experimental conclusions and the experience:
The followings can be concluded and discussed by the students, or guided to get by the teachers.
Extra-curricular activities:
1.The heart beating speeds up obviously after sports, then you can measure the pulse rates of the left arm with the fingers of the right hand, and what happened?
2.Are there the pulses elsewhere except the wrist? Where?
Caution:
The speed squeezing the heart should not be too fast and strong, and should be consistent with the actual frequency for the human body generally.
